Help me choose Euro city to visit from Tel Aviv

Going to Israel for two weeks and will have 4 days to kill before I go to Barcelona. I have no interest in going to England, Portugal, or France in this time as I will be close enough to go from Barcelona in the 5 months time I will be there.

Only European city I've toured is Prague. I'm looking for a place that has good touristy things and if possible a good night life. I will only be going with 1-3 friends and would prefer to save Greece for later. Current considerations include Rome and Istanbul. Would prefer places that I can fly direct to from Tel Aviv. All suggestions and reasons are welcome. Thanks in advance.

Budapest? Sarajevo? Not sure about direct flights.

Amsterdam, Rome, Budapest would probably be my suggestions. This is in no particular order, it depends on what you're into. They all have good night life but in a few words,

Amsterdam - eclectic, coffee shops, scenic
Rome - food, historical tourism, museums
Budapest - less western, cheaper, fewer pure sights to see

I've been to all these and am happy to follow up with more details about any of em.

Copenhagen and Stockholm. Crazy hot girls, just enough touristy stuff to see without being overwhelmed, beautiful cities and solid night life = good time.
