I would definitely plan to shove most of them if he seems weak, except if you hit your gin 8 card, in which case i would probably check-shove or make a smaller sucker bet to ease him into stacktown.

A, K, or Q are slightly more interesting because of the chance of over-set, but i'd say probably shove those too because you want to appear fearless.

a jack is a pretty interesting card... but I think its still a shove.

as for the 3-bet sizing, I think you should aim for a size that allows a turn shove to be pot-sized or just under. you're pretty close here, so its probably alright.
