PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (7 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums) saw flop|saw showdown MP1 ($8.20) MP2 ($1.85) CO ($17.50) Button ($6.05) Hero ($6.70) BB ($14.10) UTG ($1.10) Preflop: Hero is SB with 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. 2 folds, MP2 raises to $0.4, 1 fold, Button calls $0.40, Hero calls $0.35, 1 fold. I love playing small pairs. When MP2 raised I nearly mucked because his stack was so small, but when Button called I decided to go along. Button has a good enough hand to call, but not good enough to re-raise. Hmmm... Flop: ($1.30) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players) Hero checks, MP2 bets $0.70, Button raises to $1.8, Hero calls $1.80, MP2 folds. Missed my set, but I have an interesting combo draw. Any three will give me a straight, either of the two remaining 6s will give me top set and any [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] will give me a small flush. Button's raise is big, but I figure I've got two cards to come, OK implied odds and lots of outs. MP2 might even come along for the ride if I call. Turn: ($5.60) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero checks, Button bets $3.85 (All-In), Hero... MP2 got wet feet, and Button isn't backing off. Button's bet puts $8.45 in the pot and $3.85 is all I have left. I've got 10 outs but not all of them are clean, and if Button has a flush already then I'm cooked. What's the play? |

Re: 10NL wierd draw OOP
I find straightforward opponents will rarely raise monotone boards without a big hand so I think it's a fold.
I think you actually could have easily folded the flop. You only have a weak overpair that is probably no good and a weak redraw. |

[ QUOTE ]
I've got 10 outs but not all of them are clean, [/ QUOTE ] IMO you donīt really have any clean outs at all. See, a small flush (6-high) is a strong hand when you have three flush-cards on board and two in the pocket, but it is almost worthless when you have one flush card in the hole. I mean, any lone club higher than 6 beats your future flush. |

Re: 10NL wierd draw OOP
With a bet and a raise on that flop I'm just folding. At the very, very least somebody likely has better draws if we're not already basically drawing dead.

Re: 10NL wierd draw OOP
when action on flop comes to you, fold. that is all. no further analysis is needed.

Re: 10NL wierd draw OOP
It's not really a "wierd" draw, but it's a weird draw to continue with on the flop, IMO.
