There is no sticky, obv. Yes, it's good. Assuming you've read HOH I & II which will give you a good foundation then you should find some advice in here that will help you mix things up some or drives home a concept that you haven't really gotten yet. You'll find conflicting opinions in different chapters since each chapter is written by a different pro. That's actually a positive rather than a negative (or at least should be). When you see contridictory advice consider the different styles of the players involved and why what might be right for one isn't for the other.

Also, if you play anything other than hold'em, anything tournament specific about any game other than hold'em is rare. (Although I can't vouch for the advice in those chapters.)
