Default $55sp: Limp-Pushing AA in L1-2 from UTG(+1)

This is getting really popular at the 55sp, especially from villains I see once in a while (not first time, not daily).

9 players, L1, 7x (incl. Hero and villians) around 2000, 1500, 4500.
UTG limp, UTG+1 limp, fold, fold, Hero (QQ or KK) 200, folded to UTG or UTG+1 = push.

Hero?
Why?
Remember: you have no special read of villian but that he sometimes sits with you at the same table and Level.

Well the 2nd question is [censored] obvious. You don't fold QQ or KK there under any circumstances. As for the 1st one, almost never, but I wouldn't say anything is "never" in poker. So I had to go for "sometimes".

I almost never limp big pp's at the early levels. At level 3 and 4 i do it sometimes when my stacksize and the table conditions are right (preferably with a bigstack bully).

You have to call with no specific read, since it often is a medium pp or A10 ready to gamble.
