Xanax is the obvious winner, but my second choice would be a dose and a half of either Nyquil or Tylenol PM. Take it 30 minutes before you get on the flight, wake up in Boston refreshed.

Screw that [censored]. Singapore Airlines is about to start flights on their new A380s. There is no first class, just 'suites' that include this:

another + for me

i'm 6'2", 185ish and this is by far the best way to sleep on a plane w/o drugs IMO

Unless it's a morning flight, I can usually close my eyes as soon as the plane pushes off from the gate and be completely asleep before we're in the air.

yeah, but you have to ride a 1st gen. scare-bus that hasn't had all of its bugs worked out.
