As played I call this. It's thin though.
Expect to see 88 or AK 2 out of 3 times.

I agree, unless you have a read that villain likes to b3b draws, then calling is probably fine.

As played you have to fold the river. there are very few draws that didn't make it on the turn and the only other hand villain might have played this way is KJ.

I fold the flop also, I just don't think you're gonna want to pay to showdown here, he could already have a set or pair/FD, I'm thinking a set. Also if he's semi bluffing, what do you do when the heart hits?

Isn't this very commonly done by weak players with several weaker kings than ours? Do you really think the draw is going for a bet out flop, turn checkraise?
