Plenty of people lose at poker here. But like someone said you'll rarely see a thread like "Brag: I'm a marginal loser at poker".
I started playing last October and I'm only marginally winning.

I used to win that is for sure. I miss Party! I am a break even player now. I've gotten dumber over time apparently cause everyone here continually assures me that US legislation has had no impact on the swimming pool in which I fish.

Still playing on my original $60 buy in from 5yrs ago. Have bought plenty of things for the family. I don't live off the money, but I do well enough(when I feel like play, on extended burnout) to buy some pretty nice things (van, trips, electronics, leather furniture, gifts etc.) here and there.

I've been a consistent winner since about my second month playing (I guess not counting the $200 or so I dropped on Pokerroom in about 2000). Though I took a long hiatus (burnout, not busto), I'd guestimate that I've won 33 out of the 35 or so months I've played, and FWIW, I'm actually do better post-legislation than I was pre (though that's more because my non-poker income is much higher, so I'm comfortable playing higher).
