I don't really get the extreme reactions to this film. I thought it was OK. I might buy it on DVD. It was kind of the same level as Casino Royale - I didn't hate it at the cinema, but that's it. Where're the rave reviews coming from?

I really liked this movie, but not nearly as much as some of you guys did, which makes me want to watch it again to see if I could get more out of it. Reminded me of 28 Days, Soylent Green, Minority Report, or any other near future degenereative society style story.

Note that Cuaron's Harry Potter movie was far and away the best and most accessible of that series, too.

I love the movie. I've seen it several times.

I hate the premise. It's so unbelievable, but the film is so good that it doesn't highlight the reasons why... which is a good thing, because any attempt at explanation would just make it that much more unbelievable.

Also, it took me watching the movie twice, to notice that Britain is basically the only place left on Earth... that really should have been highlighted more, or I should just watch movies while drunk, less.
