The trouble with hands, is that as soon as you post cards, ppl tend to just post what they'd do, in the situation.

Almost always there's insufficient opponent info, so it becomes a card counting exercise with assumptions based on 'typical' opponents, most disagreements are rooted in differing assumptions.

Frustrating but inevitable?

We're always discussing the optimal play with limited information. That's poker. If it's close, the answer is always situational. But that doesn't make the exercise of discussing the optimal play(s) less useful.
