I think this is very interesting so I'm kind of bumping it.

Definitely not any two. For a start, this is such a sweet spot for the blinds to isolate.

As for the rest, I don't know. My default would be 66+, any two broadway, SCs 89+, A9s+, ATo+. Something like that. But to be honest, I have no idea how often good UTGs limp/fold 10% of their chips live (when blinds and antes will account for 1/4 of their remaining stack in the next two hands), how often big stacks think 'weeee free money and cash player pushing wide' etc. etc.
