hhsmithey service down?

I know some of the other people on this board use hhsmithey. I have not received installments since 7/28 and have not received replies to multiple emails. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problems or if this problem is unique to me?

i've paid through this month, so i'm "losing" 13 bucks as I continue not to get installments.

i really didn't want to have to do datamining myself... =( oh well.

Same problem here. I know he's on vacation this week but he had somehow arranged for the installments to be sent in his absence. Apparently whatever those arrangements were have stopped working.

ok - this makes me feel better then.

hhsmithey has usually been extremely professional, so a vacation-related accident seems very plausible.

Hmm this actually seems like a pretty decent deal. By looking at the chart though am I to understand they do not currently have 6 max 1/2 NL?

Is there a way to contact him to find out if they will be adding 6 max 1/2?

Just to follow up on this post, hhSmithey was indeed on vacation, and like all best laid plans, sending out the installments did not go as expected.

All customers were given a credit for the missed data, and hhSmithey is busily working on new software in order to avoid problems like this in the future.

Apologies to any customers who were inconvenienced by the missing data.

We do have NL 1/2 6Max, and you can PM me for more questions/information.
