Default I play trips so bad, you all are probably going to want my screen name

I know this is probably so hard to look at because its just spewing chips but....these are the hardest hands to play for me. Still learning! I just don't know where I should be folding, flop, turn? Obviously river but I don't know, I just have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to trips.

Full Tilt Poker
Pot Limit Omaha Ring game
Blinds: $1/$2
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $198
UTG+1: $210.55
CO: $196
Button: $197
Hero: $209.40
BB: $36.75

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, CO raises to $9, Button calls, Hero calls, BB calls, UTG+1 calls.

Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($45, 5 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, UTG+1 checks, CO checks, Button bets $22.5, Hero calls, 3 folds.

Turn: 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($90, 2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $90, Hero calls.

River: 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($270, 2 players)
Hero checks, Button is all-in $75.5, Hero calls.

Results:
Final pot: $421
Button showed 7c 5s 8d 4d
Hero mucks Qh Qd Ts 7d

Honestly It's very embarrasing to even post this hand but just berate me, its fine I deserve it! I knew I was beat, but just didn't know where to fold.

With 5 players you can make some thoughts of folding at the flop, because you only have 5 outs to improve and it is likley that one guy have at least a seven with a higher kicker.

At the turn it should be clear in yours mind, that you are drawing to only 5 outs and at the latest it is now time to fold.

A raise/fold is the only logical play IMO.

yeah, the problem is that 6handed he might even keep betting with really awful trips, but you have no idea where you're at. i'd generally call the flop, but i'd fold to a PSB on the turn.

yeah I agree with MaLiik, his hand isn't that strong and the buttons bet which is half pot is pretty suspicious and is saying that he has 78Ax. So yeah I would fold here, really the best thing you can draw to is the 10 or Q which is only 5 outs and really isn't worth calling the flop and being OOP the rest of the way.

Fold the turn. Your either up against a straight or trips that have filled up or trips with a better kicker. Or an overfull. You arent beating anything.

I would lead this flop most of the time hoping to pick up the pot. If called I would tend to let it go on the turn.

As played, calling a 1/2 pot bet from the button can't be too bad especially if he is the kind of player who will take a stab at his share of pots. I agree with most of the other posters who suggest you usually let it go on the turn, although you might occassionally fire into him once in a while on the turn. If he is not full he may let it go.

Default anybody folding pre-flop??

We are playing a weak hand in a raised pot OOP. Really we are hoping for a top set, with no str8 or flush possible. And then we have to get paid off $50 on average to make it worthwhile.
