Weird hand. I like your line a lot. It looks a lot like you're up against a set (or maybe KhTh if he really sucks), but AQ, KQ, and JT are possible and consistent with his line... You're getting 2.5:1-ish, so I think I call here but we're gonna be behind a lot.

Tough spot.

Call. Call fast. QJ may have got there. K10 / J9 is gross. But, J10 can easily turn this into a bluff. And, sometimes you see QA here because online players are bad. Or like Q10 turning hand into a bluff by playing position poker. Bottom line is that given positions in this hand, at like a little less than 3:1, you have to call. It would be different if you raised from UTG.

I'd play it exactly the same except I'd bet out on the river.

Unless you were intending to trap, not firing the 3rd time could seem like a missed AK. If Villain puts you on that, then he would push with his JTs, thinking his hand was best.

As played, I think you should call and hope he didn't a set on the flop.

Leading the river here is probably better as QA/QK MAY have taken this line up until the river this deep. In fact, I think leading the river is very important here. You checked the river because you were afraid of K10 / QJ, but since you cannot fold at 2.5:1 and you are only inducing a bluff at this point. If I had J10 here and took this line, I would probably check behind because I don't think I can take you off AA/KK/QA this deep. And, I know I have showdown value against 1010 / AK, which could make up a good chunk of your range. Ummm - lead here is fine.

I snap call this all day, most likely villain thinks his tp is good, or has a monster. Given the pot odds, small buy in, being readless, and a monster hand you have to call. Sucky board by the river. I would also prefer a river bet, since tp might not bet on that scary board and with AA and the pot odds I'd call anyways, I don't want tp to get a cheap showdown.

id bet more on the turn so that a river call is even easier.

id call this here though. that is why you checked the river right? to get him to bluff? (bet a worse hand)

This looks like a call without any reads. Just because you're getting such a good price, but I think alot of times u'll run into backdoor hearts q10,kq,k10 etc. , qj or possibly a set. But given the pots size and the missed j10/aq/q10 possibilities you should be ahead enough of the time to make calling +EV.

feedback appreciate. One thing im trying to get better at is figureing out WHY I made a bet (or didnt). In this case, I wish I had bet more on the turn and really I might as well have bet the river too because Im calling a push.

I did call and he showed JJ for the rivered set. Well played sir.
