Re: Increasing our BB/100... bluff betting flops out of the blinds
I'll bet all the ones where it's heads up and villain checks to me. If he folds 33% of the time, you win automatically (plus the times that he calls you sometimes have the best hand, or draw to the best hand, or make him fold on the turn). If it stays heads up for more than 10-15 hands or so, he might catch on and start calling you down with junk, even if you start checking behind and value betting. Or he may turn into a hyper-bluffer himself, which is generally an awesome thing.

Re: Increasing our BB/100... bluff betting flops out of the blinds
W is absolutely right about that one. Anyone doing anything other than betting those ones 100% of the time against a newish opponent is throwing away money. If you've done this a few times now, then you'll have to tone it down. But only a little bit.

Re: Increasing our BB/100... bluff betting flops out of the blinds
Bet all of them. Also bet turn too if called and checked to. Even loosepassives give up when they have nothing (which they have >50% of the time). This advice might be wrong if 0,5/1 is filled with players who call down with any two cards, but then that sort of players tend to limit the number of heads up pots ...
