I raise the flop.

Charge Kx and Ax a price if they want to hit a second pair.

Also it allows you to get away from trips if someone comes over the top of you.

As played i fold the turn. Good chance 1 of these has a king now you let them see a cheap turn.

Raise flop to something like 120, may fold out a lot of K holdings.. and I'd much rather be heads up by the turn. Hopefully you get rid of someone with a K

If you make it to the turn, I fold to any strong bet

flop is close but i like the call.

i'd fold the turn. there are 2 K's and 2 A's unaccounted for. UTG almost always has one of them (or 999), and you have an annoying implied odds problem if you call. also Ax has 6 outs to chop. and BB might be getting tricky with a K or better. so i'd just dump it.
