Default Aces on a rather nasty board

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

hero (SB): $160.05
BB: $49.65
UTG: $29.40
MP: $63.00
CO: $50.90
BTN: $9.25

Reads: <font color="blue">I am 27/22/8 over 180 or so hands.
I have been aggressive throughout and as you can see from big stack have a few big pots.

My opponent is 26/9/1.4 over 90 or so hands, the only notes I have on him are that he has open limped utg and check min raised on the flop which are not overly relevant here</font>

Preflop: hero is dealt A A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
2 folds, <font color="red">CO raises to $1.50</font>, BTN folds, <font color="red">hero raises to $5.00</font>, BB folds, CO calls $3.50

Flop: ($10.50) 8 9 7 (2 Players)
<font color="red">hero bets $7.00</font>, <font color="red">CO raises to $14.00</font>

Pot Size: $31.50

Ugh, I really wasn't happy with that flop and his min raise. He could easily have a set or a big draw here but on the other hand he could also easily have TT-KK and I have him crushed. Take you pick?
