I find myself in spots like this alot lately and im not sure what is the proper play. Any advice is appreciated.

Four 8's + Four K's + 8 hearts (I'm counting only one of the 4 and the Q as a "clean" out) = 16 outs * 2.25% = ~36%

$16.15 + $8 + $22.75 = $46.90 in the pot, $22.75 to call, so even after the rake, you only need ~34% equity to call...

Unless I screwed up the math, gamboooool it up.

I think you have to play this more aggressively on the Flop. I would bet out $5-$6 on the Flop and see what happens.

Turn play is as Kos13 said...
