Default 25(/50)NL site?

Ok, so I'm a limit player switching to NL6max and I need a site... I'm starting at 25NL (doable for a 2/4 6max player right?) but hopefully I'll be at 50NL kinda fast (I plan on playing alot ;p)

I'm European, can play everywhere.

- I want good game selection (enough games, easy to beat ldo)

- Multitable support: PT/PAHUD, resizable tables, good software

- How important are bonus/rb? Note that I plan on becoming a NL player with a good/very good winrate. (Obv shorthanded limit is pretty sweet for bonuswhoring/rb so if I'm a bad NL player I'll just return to limit). So, given a good winrate, how important is bonus/rb. Is it much more $$$ then a bigger site (with the game selection/better software, more tables/vip program)? *For RB/bonus <=> other factors plz consider NL50 as I imagine it will be very small amounts at nl25 anyway.

Thx for your input

Stars with the FPPs aren't bad. I strongly suggest you try the 9 handed first as the switch from limit to NL plus the lartger variance could be big trouble.

NL25 & NL50 are very soft just about everywhere imo. The rake at those limits is very large however, so my serious advice would be to play where you can get the most rakeback. That's probably prima (50-60% rakeback is possible on a couple of their skins).

After you get to like NL200 game selection becomes far more important and the rake becomes a much smaller percent of your pots, so I'd recommend going to the softest site you can find w/ lots of games (probably Party). But until then, all the micros are soft and rake down there is KILLER, so high rakeback is super helpful.

#1 For a European player Stars would probably the single worst site to start NL25 at. No real rakeback & one of the toughest sites (not that any NL25 games are tough, but still, zero reason to play there).

#2 6max limit has more variance than 6max NL. He could start 9 handed if he really wanted to, but since he plays 6max limit now it's probably not necessary. Also the 9 handed games kinda dry up as you move up, so better to learn 6max early imo.

Thx for your input tagtastic, any more opinions? Im pretty sure Prima changed their rakeback to 30% max though.

I would skip $25 and just go to $50. If you're rolled for 2/4 then you're well rolled for $50. $25 is just dumb. You start running into some aggression and half decent players at $50, but its still very easy to beat. It'll give you a much better taste for NL than $25 will.

Go with iPoker. Best package for low stakes with good bonuses, VIP programs and "unmentionable".

Yeah I know, but I'm cashing out most my roll. I think it will be very nice to play when I know I have paid ~one year of expenses (booze & car basicly , i'm at university) with poker. If I keep running good for my last 3k hands (got a bit of bonus left to clear) I'll pbb have like a 800-900$BR to start with so when I don't run bad I could be at NL50 pretty fast imho. I was also a 5tabler at limit 6max so I should be able to at least 4table from the start.

How important is RB btw? How big of an edge is it? Let's say when I'm a 4BB/100 winner obv good software/site/gameselection > 1BB/100 extra in rakeback (8tables at 4 > 6 tables at 5). Dunno the actual figures, any help?
