College Basketball Sim/Manager Game???

Anyone know of a good one? Something along the lines of front office football, season ticket baseball (ootp), etc. I know that there are aspects of this in the console games - but I'd like something a little more in depth. Anyone have any thoughts they'd like to pass along?
