Ok here is my thinking for a King of the Hill FFB format that is still fun to play even if it is more gambool heavy $$ wise.

The above scoring and roster rules
8 teams max so everyones roster will be pretty loaded wiith quality.

2nd gets its buy-in back, 1st gets everything else.

King of the Hill format essentially.

Best regular season team automatically gets into the SuperBowl(week 16) as the favorite to win it all obv.

The #2, #3, #4, #5 teams duke it out in weeks 14 and 15 to decide who is going to be the underdog and try and dethrone the favorite(#1 team) in the SuperBowl Week 16.

#2 plays #5, #3 plays #4 in Week 14

Winner of #2 vs #5 plays Winner of #3 vs #4 in Week 15

This way its not so lopsided that half way thru the season half the league quits thinking they have no shot.

All you have to do is finish in the Top 5 to get into playoffs, not to hard given it is a 8 man league, but what your goal should be is #1 cuz the payoff is HUGE.

Guaranteed 1st or 2nd place money.

I am relatively new around here but I would definitely play if the buy in is $200 or less.

If I am too much of a newbie I understand that too and no hurt feelings on my end.
