Looks like a pretty clear fold to me, he most probably peeled one with something small and picked up a flush draw on the turn.

You had a note that he use to value bet 1/2 pot on the river, but since you look strong and he backdoored into it he decides to make a larger value bet.

I also think he shoulda made a smaller bet with 8h7h.

i agree w/ everything Hattifnatt said. QJcc QTcc 9Jcc 9Tcc .. AJcc ATcc .... 8Tcc all make perfect sense. 78hh less so; air never.

Thanks for the input, all. I called expecting to see busted hearts, odd 2 pair, or a backdoor flush.

He had 5h6h for busted hearts that backed into a low straight. I don't think I gave it enough thought at the time.
