Default river w/ AK

36/20/3 villain over decent number of hands. one hand i played with him earlier this session was blind vs. blind at another table, i'm sb, he's bb.

i raise preflop, he calls.

flop 673, i bet, he raises, i call.

turn A, i bet, he raises, i 3-bet, he folds.

overall i think he does this more than most and it's how he gets his high AF. i don't think he's bad though.

I call always, 67 on the board so... 89, 9T, 45 have straight draws, plus the heart draw PLUS he could be doing this with air soemtiems, plus the top pair paired.

If you dont think you can showdown to a safeish river, you should probabily just fold the turn cause your drawing dead against a jack now, and the A/K of hearts may not be good.

I guess the Q is not the greatest river card though, but it really just hit a lot of his air and a few flush draws, not much more.

edit: Nice pownage on hand #2

if villain plays 89o/s 9To/s fd like this we need to call down. if he doesn't semibluff that aggressively or doesnt have 89 9T in his preflop range we can fold the turn

i wasn't asking if i should fold. i know i can't fold. if he folds 22-55, 7x and 6x to a raise here, is it a raise?

stove it

edit: I mean use stove to see what % of his hand range those hands make up

edit2: and remember that if he can 3bet bluff a busted draw here it would be a disaster

miles how often do you raise the river with AQ here? If you popped me on the river i give you like QQ or air. I don't think he folds.
