I think the river would be a lot more scary if it paired the top card (such that a flop TP beats you now). I dont see 7x calling on this flop a lot.

Other boards to fold overpairs...hm, obviously any 4-suited / 4-connected(?) / maybe double-paired boards. And, as said, pairing the top card on a later street is also quite scary imo. But other than that, i wont fold QQ overpair in 16s.
