What Happened to Hollywood Park's eTable Bonus Money?

I called HP and spoke with a cage supervisor and asked her to check my etable account because I had some bonus money in there from before the etable room closed last month. It wasn't much but I'm going to be near there tomorrow so I figured I'd stop by and pick it up but wanted to check first. She told me there was a 0 balance and that she couldn't tell me what happened. I know I had bonus from the last weekend the etables room was operating. The way it worked was the bonus only is put into the account on Tuesdays and Saturdays for all plays the previous days so my Saturday session on the last weekend wouldn't have shown up until the following Tuesday.

Has anyone else had a problem getting their bonus money since the room closed? There are still a couple of etables on the main floor but I'm not sure if they are paying bonus's.
