Default 5/10 - OESD+Over vs Half-Stack

Good, standard, ugly?

Hero ($965)
MP ($528)
Button ($1226.75)
SB ($1037)
BB ($955)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Hero raises to $35, MP calls $35, 2 folds, BB calls $25.

Flop: ($110) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, MP bets $75, BB folds, Hero shoves for ~$485 total

Note stack sizes. Not much read other than villain seems donkish. He has been cold calling a lot pre-flop, open-limping etc. He has also seems to auto-bet flops when checked to (small sample). If you don't like it, please suggest another line.

I usually bet the flop, but that might be bad

Checking is good, then folding is good.

Bet/folding the flop seems best.

If MP folds > 50 % your line is +EV.

Given your read, I think its OK. (I don't like b/f or b/c with MPs stack-size)

I like it much more if MP was atleast $50-$70 shorter.

Wow. I am actually surprised there is this much discrepency here among posters. FWIW, I can see myself taking any of these lines at any given time. I am not talking about balancing play or any BS either. It is just a relatively marginal spot that I will take different lines in. I hope to hear more responses.

Ugly. This flop is way too likely to have hit someone. C/F.
And by hit them, I mean hit them hard.
