you gotta at least ask 'how much?', right?

If you got to ask, you can't afford it.

I think that's the funniest line so far. Nice one.

Then her boyfriend comes up in the parking lot, beats the crap out of you takes your roll....

BINGO! We have a winner. Thats why I didn't move this thread to BBV, what the OP thought was an increase in prostitution is actually a known scam. I hate to say it, but he must be an easy mark for them to try this one three times, but he still has his wallet so I guess the world is balanced after all.

PS: PAN is -EV in more ways than one it seems.

Normally I would agree with this. But Bike MIGHT be different. First off, there was a latina lady that was doing this for a LONG time. She used the money mostly cause she was a horrible degenerate gambler and was able to keep in the action at low limit stud and mexican poker games. 2nd, hookers aren't entirely foreign to Bike. Third, Bike parking lot is flat and square. There is only one entrance in and out. Security staffs the main tower. It is a pretty difficult place to roll someone at their card and sucessfully get away with it. That said, odds are in favor of it being a scam(somewhere in the 70-30 range).

That said....phone number pls.

this was a scam that happened at Commerce, and I think also at Hollywood Park if I recall correctly. i think it was Private Joker who talked about it once, the guy got hurt pretty bad. I don't know about the Bike, but 3x in 1 day is too much of a coincidence.

A serious question - Rottersod - were you the ONLY one being propositioned by all 3? If so, I would watch my back closely for a little while. This "marketing" effort is now a little too targeted for comfort. Is someone putting these girls up to coming on EXCLUSIVELY to you?

I have no idea since they didn't come up to me all at once. The girl who's name I think is Michelle was hanging around the room but I didn't watch her.

My "no way this is some form of coincidence" radar is loudly going off. It could be, and probably is, nothing. On the other hand, is there anyone who would like to see your head on pike outside of town as a warning to others?

I would be on "high alert" with my "shields" up and my radar dialed up to max for a while, particular in the parking lot and on the drive home. I forget the name of the case, but it produced a classic quote: "Even paranoids can have enemies."

Again, its probably nothing, but a little alertness and extra caution appears warranted.

And yes, Pan9 is -EV but requires no thinking and is a fun game to blow some time at.

Much like the trip to the parking lot would have been.

I fully admit I've never been to this place but I mean... come on.

This isn't exactly bizarre behavior for hookers. If we're taking action I'm plunking down a black on "They were hookers".

Funny, I was propositioned this weekend at a B&M. I remember the second time I went, a young lady aksed me if a guy ever tried to offer me money to "spend time with him" at the casino. I told her it was only my second time, but no, of course not. She said, oh, it will happen sooner or later.

I remember thinking no possible way, she was a young, attractive girl, but I am middle aged, consider myself average looking but not someone that a guy is gonna propostion in the casino. Surprised as hell, this past weekend some guy offered me money to go to his room. WTF? I was dressed in jeans, sneakers, and a tshirt. Had no makeup no jewelry, just kind of went to have fun and be comfortable.

He actually came up to me 3 times, with a 'better offer" each time. I couldn't believe it, and I actually asked a young man at my table to walk me to my car when I left, didn't tell him why but I am sure he assumed I didn't want to get robbed. I thought this was very strange, as I don't think its possible for me to be mistaken for a working girl.

This weekend I had a guy ask me to "walk him" to his car while sitting at a table. I assume he was a hooker.
