Another Flash Game: Champion Archer

So it's late. Games are bad. No one's around. So I decided to check out some more flash games and I found Champion Archer.

CHAMPION ARCHER

The concept is easy. You're an archer (duh.) You're on a battlefield. Bad guys come from the right. Your buddies come from the left. Your job is to stay alive and supress the enemy so that the good guys reach the other side of the screen. If the bad guys reach your side or you die, game over. Simple enough.

You move your dude with the WASD keys. The mouse button fires. Hold it down and you'll see the little power meter go up and down. This gives you the power of your shot and then you let 'er fly.

Headshots on your little (and not so little) stick figure foes mow them down faster so aim for the dome.

As you crush your poorly painted enemies, you gain gold. Use this gold to give your self a few handy upgrades.



They're all pretty selfexplanitory.

As levels increase, they get more men, you get less, and eventually you get swarmed and the evil purple stick figures
pillage your house and rape your fine black stick-women.

I can't get very far in this game. Is there an order in which you buy power ups? Should I be saving for the big ones, and skip some of the cheap ones?

ok here's a few strategy points

I went no damage -> faster soldiers -> no power bar -> take no damage -> double shot -> quick shot

If you do this you should be fine for a while. It'll get hard at around lvl 20 before you get double shot but if you can tough it out you're golden

Some pointers:

-Aim for the head
-Get close to the enemy. I usually go around 3/4 acrossed the screen.
-Even when the screen is clear keep firing off of it.
-If you start to get swarmed get right next to the baddies and walk backwards. While walking backwards aiming toward them at a 45 degree angle. If you're being chased by a horde all you have to is tap the button since they'll be right next to you and you wont have to worry about charging up the power
