Unless you pick to decline the 20% signup bonus you also have a $20 bonus aswell as the $20 future bet. A $20 bonus is not something you just piss away and then withdraw your real money, if you start gambling the bonus you've comitted to completing the rollover requirement. It's not a free bet.

I'm not sure you understand how online gambling bonuses work. Generally when offered a deposit bonus, you forfeit any bonus if you withdraw before fulfulling the bonus requirements.

I am having some issues now with their CS in regards to the RAF bonuses I got for some of the 2+2ers that signed up under me.

CS is telling me now that all the bets I have placed haven't counted towards any rollover requirements for the RAFS. I asked what are they counting towards since I don't have any pending bonuses and I have been bounced around a bunch. I spoke to the same reps you did blue. I am pretty much being blocked at this point from cashing out anything from my account until they settle this. I have placed almost $700 worth of bets at WWTS too on college and NFL games this week.

The $20 Super Bowl Bet shouldn't have ever came out of your account funds, it was something completely separate. If $20 came out of your balance then you didn't get the free bet. You won't get $20 back on the free bet if it isn't a winner either.

Anyone else having issues clearing RAF bonuses for BetWWTS? My issue is now being further investigated, I have a couple grand of my own money in the account and if I try to cashout it tries to remove all of the RAF money pending in my account.

That is not what support told me. I was told I could withdraw funds at any time, but lost the bonus funds.

I was going to bet the balance against the other side.

If A wins at a different site then I have 210 there and none at BetWWTS. If team B wins then I have none at different site and 229.09 at BetWWTS. I would be betting 91cents for $10 since I could just withdraw 209.09 from BetWWTs. It would be better if different site had a bonus too.

Am I missing something?

Thremp, my signup bonus has already been cleared. That is what is so damn weird about this. I am looking forward to hearing back from support, hopefully they just somehow manually credit the rollover to the RAFs.
