I'm sure ANY law enforcement agency(caught on camera) would see it as stealingwith visual evidence. Both Lake Elsinore and Pechanga had done it previously when I was working for them at the time. One player had been a regular..

lol @ a poll on an issue like this.

there's a hotly debated wallet test somewhere on the interweb which tracks people's real behaviour in how they react to finding a wallet in the street. if you truly care about people's reactions, go look for that through google.


if you're interested in a definition of what is:
a) right
b) moral
c) ethical
d) legal

then on each one of those tests, you should return the $1k.

BTW... I was speaking with a friend of mine who has a degree in some ethics and philosphy field....

Anyways... He started laughing right off the bat... He asked me if I really thought if half the crap that goes on in a casino is ethical... funny
