I would fold 3rd. Is that a bad play?

op played the hand terribly but i think he knows that

Why would you fold 3rd? You're 41% vs. both KK and QQ so the 3-bet on 3rd looks correct... This is hi-lo remember...

yea but there are a few low cards dead and seat2 probably has 3 low cards. also one of the high hands is gunna have buried aces a certain % of the time.

I ran the sim w/ the dead low cards, you're still 41%. It's a lot more likely he has KK than AA though esp. 'cause you have one. Plus either or both of the 7 or Q could fold. I love the 3-bet here.

but it's not uncommon for the Q door to just fold (as happened in this hand) while the bring in is likely never folding if he has 3 lows, which leaves u up against a 3 low and a big pair quite a bit. u def dont have 41% vs those hands.

and i know KK is more likely than AA, but AA is part of his range nonetheless.

Against 762 and KK9, you are 35%. Plenty of equity w/ the dead money in there or even w/out.

i actually like my play on 3rd, i agree with hoya. but the other options have merits also.

when i was saying i dont think people should play like this i was referring to the highly questionable plays i made later in the hand
