Computer Slooooooooowdown. Tried everything. (Logfile included)

Computer has slowed to a halt. Works fine in safe mode. Tried googling all the startup programs and none seem bad. Ran spybot and ad-aware as well as avast anti-virus. didn't pick up anything. system restore was ineffective as well.

You have Avast and McAfee running at the same time. Running two anti-virus programs will lead to very much slowness. Leave Avast and uninstall McAfee completely.

I guarantee this is the main problem but there could be some other problems as well. How full is your hard drive and when was the last time you defragged?

Yeah you don't want two AVs running at once. If you defrag make sure you have say 20% free space. After all that if it is still running slow, open up the task manager and sort by cpu usage and post which processes are utilizing the cpu. Obviously close all programs before you do this.
