Default 99 on a mediocre flop late

Final 2 tables of an 11$ tourney. This is the only other significant hand with the villian. Afterwards he said "oops I thought you had JJ"

Seems like based on the first hand it has to be either top pair or a draw. But is it a draw enough that I have to call? Seems like being this close to the final table make a draw less likely, but I don't know.

I think you can fold this 99. Given the first hand i believe he has more stationish tendencies and with draws will mostly just call.

Fold, he's got a Q most of the time.

What would he call you with preflop?

AK, AQ, AJs
77-88
99( unlikely because u have 99)
TT-AA (he would reraise with these wouldn't u think)
66-22 (would he call with a smaller pair?)
KQo (would he call with this?)

Based on the above calling range:

AQ (possible)
AJ of spades (maybe)
88 (possible)
55 (maybe)
bluff (maybe)

U are getting 2.1 to 1 on ur money. I would call.
