I don't understand why someone who is smart enough to win at high stakes poker can't be bothered to spend a couple of hours learning a ridiculously simple counting system that can be executed even while shitfaced drunk. You'd have a great hourly rate, and get ridiculously good comps (suites, full RFB, etc)
