Default couple FT bubble spots 55k rebuy

All hands below are from last night's 11r 55k.

10 players remaining 5 at ea. table, any thoughts or comments are appreciated.

SB vs. BB no history with villain, this hand actually occurred in between the below 2 hands - but is a different villain

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t40000 (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB (t2,058,358)
Hero (t1,151,720)
UTG (t855736)
MP (t627066)
Button (t1,036,887)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
3 folds, SB raises to t120000, Hero calls t80000.

Flop: (t208000) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets t120000, Hero calls t120000.

Turn: (t448000) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets t240000, SB raises to t1,440,000, Hero ????.

I had just played this hand below with another villain 5-6 hands previously:

Hand A) PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t40000 (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB (t2,248,358)
Hero (t576860)
UTG (t665736)
MP (t1,201,926)
Button (t1,036,887)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, MP raises to t80000, 2 folds, Hero calls t40000.

Flop: (t128000) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets t120000, MP calls t120000.

Turn: (t368000) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets t374860 (All-In), MP calls t374860.

River: (t1117720) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: t1,117,720

Villain shows K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and lost with high card King

which provides some context for this hand, villain is same villain fronm above K9 hand:

MP (t2,544,358)

2 folds, Hero raises to t120000, 1 fold, BB raises to t691066, Hero calls?

Ok so these are pretty standard, in hand 1 I considered checking behind the turn but I assumed I was good and decided to charge him to draw to a flush if he had a club. Is a check on the turn awful?
