Default 5/10 - I tried to induce a squeeze...

Villain is 38/20/1.7 over 1K hands. I have 3bet him in position once, and he folded. No other history.

Villain on my left squeezes very light and very often. I flat-called in attempts to induce a squeeze, but no go this time.

Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em, $10 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB ($2728.50)
BB ($960)
UTG ($982)
MP ($671.50)
CO ($844)
Hero ($1367)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $35</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero calls $35, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>.

Flop: ($85) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">MP bets $85</font>, Hero?

Obviously we have great equity against nearly all hands except a flush, a set, and AAc. At the same time, we have almost nothing to protect against (only AcX). Raise/call shove seems obvious, but could flat-calling be better?

Calling here and shoving the turn looks good. If he has any sort of made hand he will be firing the turn large to protect it and we don't want to scare off any weaker hands just yet.

I'm very much a fan of calling this flop and most turn cards. Let him hang himself with a draw, or get the max from TP when he check/calls the river assuming you're on some draw that missed.

I'd prolly raise the flop and call his all-in, he's a shortie w/ only $670

To bet into a pf raiser with this flop I'd have to have at least Ac and probably a pair, which is pretty much a race. I'd raise and call the shove.

i would raise flop. if you just call then the sets/AA are going to get ai on a non-club turn and the Ac will shut down, and if the turn is a club then sets/AA shut down and you get ai with the Ac.

playing guessing games is annoying here and the stacks are short, so just get it in and expect to be up against hands like AxQx, JxJc enough times that you're way out in front.
