This is the life of a Knicks fan. Your team actually makes a good trade, you're optimistic for like a week, then you realize your pointguard is batshit insane.

Watching it again now and noticing even more stuff....

Randolph apparently has the ability to bring the ball up the court, which I'd love to see

If the Knicks need Marbury to play another position, then he will get more rebounds

"I think that I grew up under Isaiah. I think he raised me and he grew me into becoming the basketball player and the person I am off the court."

Responding to the question about whether or not its easier to respect Coach Thomas due to the fact that he used to play: "I respect him for him, not because of basketball. Thats separate. I know how to differentiate. I know how to basically break the two down. Thats why I'm doing what I'm doing with my sneakers for the kids."

"If anybody had the opportunity to put down all the money in the world to bet on Dallas to win the championship...I think people would've done that."

Talking about the trophy and "shiny stuff."

"We didn't go home and sleep in the same bed."

And the look on his face before he starts dancing....I've watched it like 10 times in a row and I can't stop cracking up.

I'm really disturbed by this. He sounds like he has brain damage. Seriously.

I mean, I really don't think he completed a single sentence that made any sense.

Zach Randolph is the difference between 30 wins and 50? Interesting considering the number of wins Portland had last year.

Last Season:

Zach Randolph, 23.6 points, 10.1 rebounds, age 25.
Tim Duncan, 20.0 points, 10.6 rebounds, age 31.

This is an equivalent trade to Marbury-Kidd.

Should the Knicks trade David Lee for Ron Artest? I'm probably in the minority but I say yes. I think Lee has a ceiling as a player and will never be a 20 point scorer. Then the Knicks can trade Eddy Curry and a bunch of draft picks for Kevin Garnett and you can ship the shiny stuff to the Knicks in 2008.
