Default BvB trying not to be nitty

I'm a nit and I'm trying to change. I've just moved sites so nobody has stats on me yet. 76 seemed like a decent hand to defend with, is 3 betting better here? No reads on villian yet. On the flop I thought there was a decent chance I was ahead but thought it would be best to call and revaluate on the turn. Turn was probably the best card in the deck, I've got a double gutshot, a flush draw and a pair so have a ton of outs. Folding not really an option, calling seems bad because if I miss I'll be facing a bet and wont know if my 7s are good (prob not if he bets though). Pushing was a nice size raise so I think plenty of FE vs some hands that beat me now, 88, TT maybe JJ QQ.

What do you guys think?

As played, I like your move on the turn. That said, against someone we have no read on this hand is just too weeak to be playing to a raise imo. BvB is one place where being nitty isn't so bad..

looks good.

i also like flatcalling if you play well postflop, but 3betting is fine too.

ehh... he potted 2 streets oop blind vs blind. sorry bro but u got like no fold equity here. only way villains folding is if you already had the best hand. that said, ur implied odds are pretty good and you got like 18 outs or something against everything but sets/2prs, so I'd just call the turn and shove river if you hit.

wtf. i will double barell a reg most of the time with nothing, and i would probably also bet the turn with top pair or something and then fold to a shove from a tight player.

you have considerable FE in my opinion

I get looked up with like middle pair in this spot all day, maybe thats just me though. and like i said, if he's 2 barreling you its not like you have to worry about bluffing him off cause youre already ahead.

just cause you 2barrel a lot or bet/fold the turn doesnt mean thats what the majority of opponents do. he didnt give any read on his opponent, so just assume an unknown... most unknowns arent bet/folding blind vs blind that often.
