I just booked a room in the Great Cedar Hotel for 5 nights (check in Oct 30th, check out Nov 4th), and they weren't sold out.

at 10:20 AM they were already booked in the cedars for nearly the whole event

the pequot (expensive, nice, long walk from PR) and two trees (across the street) should still be available
