What fold bb to steal % is considered good? Honestly, 80%+ seems a bit high to me. But maybe I'm a donkey out of the blinds.

Be more positionally aware, it looks like your opening standards for utg and btn aren't that different so you're either opening too much in early position or not enough in late position. Also you can be more aggressive post flop.

If you are going to SD that often and winning 48% you are not value betting thin enough on the river and leaving money on the table.

When you think you have the best hand.. bet.

Are there any decent articles/threads/posts about desired stats for fold bb to steal/went to sd/won $ at sd, and how these affect your game?

I just took a screenshot of my stats. Those are from august till now. I started w/ $500 in august

And as stated above you really need to work on your positional game and defend less from the blinds.

I don't know if my stats are perfect but it works for me.
One thing I worked on is opening up my game a little more as you can see in the stats. Also the difference in VP$IP per limit is offcourse the competition.

steal more, loosen up, try to get W$WSF higher, double barrel more and stuff.
