Default TPTK vs river shoving cold caller

UTG has been a drooler like 40/6/1.
BB sits down for the first hnd, I have never seen him before. He has a full buyin.
I would assume he is not a winning regular but at least tries to be a TAG.

$2/$4 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5Players

BTN: $513
Hero (SB): $420
BB: $400
UTG: $325
MP: $211

Pre-Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (SB)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $14</font>, MP folds, CO calls $14, BTN folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $55</font>, BB calls $51, 2 folds

Flop: ($135) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
<font color="red">Hero bets $88</font>, BB calls $88

Turn: ($311) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Hero checks, BB checks

River: ($311) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
<font color="red">Hero bets $101</font>, <font color="red">BB raises to $257 (allin)</font>, Hero is like "my hand is face up, his hand makes no sense"

Comments on all streets appreciated.
