i don't think there's much value left on the river, you don't want to get cr-ed on the flop and you don't want to raise the turn

you've got position, and it's a min raise, so pf is fine, but it makes me super suspicious and paranoid

IF there's any value on the river, it's thin at best, imo.

UTG's limp min RR locks me up here as well and I'm checking behind and making a definite note on him.
