Are Europeans Able To Withdraw From Neteller?
I am just curious if European customers of Neteller are caught up in the current withdrawal "crunch" and are finding abnormal delays in wire transfers to accounts in European banks. Two months or so ago it was taking 3 days maximum for a wire transfer to show in my (Swiss) account.
As a Swiss resident I have (of course) had no problems depositing to or withdrawing from sites that don't take U.S. residents. Doyles was a problem until I pointed out to their accounting department that I was not an American and the money hit the Neteller account in about 15 minutes. |

"Does this change affect non-US members? No, NETELLER customers with registered addresses outside of the US will not be affected by these changes. The company will continue to operate its non-US business as normal, maintaining all existing products, services, customer and merchant support across all the other countries it currently serves. " |

Re: Are Europeans Able To Withdraw From Neteller?
I guess I should have been clearer. I am wondering if Europeans are being caught in withdrawal processing delays? With some many Americans trying to withdraw all of their money it seems like delay for us are possible due to a shortage of the human or computing resources needed to process the usually high number of requests to withdraw. I know we can still use Neteller.

It all depends if your neteller account is in USD or not.

Re: Are Europeans Able To Withdraw From Neteller?
I didnīt try any withdrawal other than with the Neteller card (without delay), but I have distributed all my money out of Neteller for what it can happen.
I donīt think Neteller is going to run away with our money, but the shares are frozen for 7 days now, and a lot of people are going to cashout. I prefer to have my money on other sites till the things calm down. |

Re: Are Europeans Able To Withdraw From Neteller?
Thanks, BigBlind. This was what I was hoping to learn. The extraordinary delays for the Americans may be as much because of the confusion about EFTs and the new U.S. law as overload on the part of Neteller staff. I rather like Neteller. I hope this current "run" to withdraw by the Americans doesn't cause operating difficulties for them (them = Neteller, the Americans should address their difficulties with their government).
