I agree that the movies you listed weren't masterpieces, but certainly delivered on the entertainment part witch is the main reason I watch movies. Btw, Shooter & Harsh Times both got decent scores @ imdb (~7.2)

I bought the Harsh Times DVD without seeing the movie first because it was by the director of Training Day and Christian Bale was in it (Eva too maybe, not for acting so much though, so I thought it couldn't be bad and could be pretty awesome. I was wrong, its really bad. Every one of his other movies that I have seen is awesome though.
