Default Overlimpreraise hand

Live $1500 MTT. Blinds 300/600/75. UTG limps. I am in 5th position with 11K. I have AJo in 5th position. I ask how much he has? Someone says he has me covered. I limp behind. Asian player in CO raises to 2800; he is wearing a WSOP bracelet, is aggressive, and has been raising limpers. UTG folds, and move allin. Well played hand?

You were at the table. The raiser seemed to be automatically raising at limpers.

I was a little suprised that he folded so quickly to the overlimpreraise, given pot odds. He must not have had much. He couldn't put me on much more than what I had, maybe at best 99. My overlimp was in mid position.

It helped in getting a fold that I asked UTG how much he had. People at the table said they saw the overlimpreraise coming based on that, and probably thought I had a stronger hand than I had. My question was sort of a tell and the raiser should have picked up on that.
