Default Buying in for a smaller amount than you left with on FTP

Doesnīt FTP have some sort of rule that if you leave a table, you canīt join another at the same level with a smaller stack than you left with (unless you wait a while (an hour?))?

What if you instead of leaving the table just sit out and try to join another table, can you buy in for the minimum amount then?

I am talking about HU NL here if that makes any difference.

If you leave one table with $235 you can join another table at the same stakes for less than that if you wish, but if you want to join that exact same table again, you have to buy in for $235 or more

The time to wait is 30 minutes I believe. Then you can buy in for however much.
