3bet larger, to something like t200. Call the all in. He could have a pocket, lower ace, KQ, or even air. Buy-in would be helpful, but it'd still be a call.

If you feel like your a better player than him no, even if you've only played him for a few minutes. I personaly hate getting it all in pre flop in heads up with AK, unless im pot commited or the player is hyper aggressive. But I play mostly cash heads up not sit and gos.
