A reputation which presumably retains a great deal of value and would result in loss were it to be inescapably tarnished. [3] What if Absolute's software and platform was being used to launder money (the primary reason why poker was made illegal in the U.S., along with political pressure from brick and mortar casinos)? An entirely plausible, if not likely, scenario. Any investigation would hit a dead end after the 30 gig limit. I think "Korea" is not, uhm, fully informed about AP's HH storage policy. Were I a shareholder of AP, and I was not benefiting from the cheating, I would demand that all HH's be retained for auditing purposes. Specifically to verify the amount of rake and ensure others aren't skimming off the top. [/ QUOTE ] It is obvious why the 30 GB limit is significant. [/ QUOTE ] No, I claimed to be a class-action attorney and therefore have experience in cases where "guilty" parties extend implicit settlements in an effort to avoid future legal liability. What exactly is suspect in my analysis and understanding? That is not a rhetorical question, either. I am sincerely interested in a deeper understanding of your statement. [/ QUOTE ] Seif's transcript is meaningful due specifically to the 30 gig information, in my opinion. The remaining portion of the transcript carried no pertinent information beyond demonstrating that Seif wants to clear his name and Absolute cannot assist him in this endeavor. My comment that included the phrase "prima facie proof" was merely an attempt to speculate on what AP's position is, or may be. More specifically, I imagine Seif received approval from AP to release the transcript to Nat. Therefore, if I am correct in my postulation, it follows then that Seif and Absolute see some benefit to said transcript being in the public domain.

[/ QUOTE ] And I would suggest that it is in your best interests to stop using legalese when plain English can suffice. While you may think it is impressive, it only makes you sound pompous. Having read through many of your posts in which you appear to be trying to plot a lawsuit against AP, I have to ask where you think someone would be able to bring such a case? The US? good luck with that. Also, many of your "assertions and theories" really can be debunked by reading through the earlier AP threads. Read them if you're interested.
