Default Stars 30+3 MTT Bubble Action

475 or so entries, money bubble 5 slots away. Roll up KK in the Cut Off after being card dead for 30 hands. New to this table...maybe 5 hands. It's go time. Do I raise like below for action, or just shove AIPF and try to scoop the blinds?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t800 (8 handed) internettexasholdem.com

UTG+1 (t8561)
MP1 (t25885)
MP2 (t10321)
Hero (t12930)
Button (t7595)
SB (t15052)
BB (t32183)
UTG (t8712)

Preflop: Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
4 folds, Hero raises to t2400, 2 folds, BB calls t1600.

Flop: (t4350) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets t4000, BB raises to t29733, Hero calls t6480 (All-In).

Turn: (t44563) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: (t44563) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: t44563

I get looked up a lot with skanky hands even though I'm running like 21% VPIP on this one. Then they hit, then I'm on the rail. Is the standard 3x PF raise not high enough anymore ?

Just play standard. Sometimes they get lucky.

Well, that's where I've been rolling but rag hands just keep putting me on the rail. The one above looked me up with 89o then hit thier 2 straight cards on the turn and the river.

Sunday Bazillion, same story... QQ UTG, open raise 8x blinds. Big blind looks me up with 4c3c sucks out with a flush when clubs hit the turn and river after I shove on the 492flop.

Then I open shove my last 7x BB UTG again a couple rounds later with AJs. Big Blind looks me up with 57o. Of course they flop a boat with 577.

It's not just those 2 games, it's like every game I get deep into. I'm getting to where I'm not sure what to do anymore. I suppose you want to play against hands like that, until they win that is.

I ran like this online for a month, so I just stopped playing online, and stuck to live for a few months. There is nothing wrong with how you are playing. The idiots get lucky. Of course, PS fixed their software after the UIGEA to let them get lucky a little bit more. What were you doing before you got the KK? If you were going AI, go AI with KK as well because KJ or QJ might look you up. Otherwise, you played it fine - don't forget to tell him in chat that he is a moron before you close the window. Oh yeah, we always monkey tilt into the chat box after those plays. It keeps the cat from getting kicked and saves on getting a new mouse for the computer .

I had just teleported to the table in the top hand... I can only think that they thought I was stealing blinds or something then got reeeely lucky.

I seem to run into this type of villian an a regular occasion, had same villian crack my AA with 42s, and my KK with J8o. Pisses my off but I wouldn't have it any other way since I'll win that match up more than I lose. Nothing like getting ur $ in with the best of it.
