2 folds, Hero raises, 4 folds, SB 3-bets, 1 fold, Hero calls.

Flop: (7 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (4.50 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, SB calls.

River: (8.50 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, SB raises, Hero 3-bets, SB calls.

Final Pot: 14.50 BB

Results in white below: 
SB has Kh Kc (three of a kind, kings).

I am always happy to pay an extra BB on the river here. When the action ends at the other end of the table, how can you possibly be behind? It's devestating!

A cap is just common courtesy in these situations.
